Long and short, the T1000 makes more noise than 7 HP Servers combined.

Firmware updated to latest version. PICL running under Solaris OK. Diagnostics all OK.

It is driving us mad. We have a server room in our small office and we can hear this baby through thick concrete.... I cannot believe Sun doesn't mention how loud they are.... thought this was an environmentally friendly server..

Help really appreciated before it drives us all mad.
