The orbiting Kepler telescope has found another unusual alien solar system.
The Kepler telescope monitors star for changes in their brightness. The light resulting curves can be seen at http://www.planethunters.org.
Recently an extra-solar system with 4 stars (planets orbiting two of the stars with the other two stars orbiting as a distant binary pair) was discovered using by two "arm-chair" astronomers using the above web site.
