Whether you’re in the path of Hurricane Sandy or just want to keep an eye on what’s going on, Google’s new Hurricane Sandy crisis map will keep you abreast of any new storm-related developments.

The main map tracks the current location of the storm, the forecasted track, storm surge probabilities, storm radar information, and active emergency shelters. In addition to the national-size map, Google also has a New York City specific map with evacuation routes and additional emergency information.
