I have a Samsung 128 go SSD : MZ5PA128HMCD-01000. When I'm using it : there is always I/O errors.

I tried to secure-erase it. But it is impossible to create a new NTFS (or any filesystem...) partition because I still get I/O errors.

I tought maybe upgrading the firmware will solve the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not able to upgrade the firmware with Samsung SSD Magician Tool ... because Magician says there is no Samsung SSD on my computer...

Is there a way to make Magician recognize this Samsung MZ5PA128HMCD-01000 SSD? Is another tool available to flash any firmware on a SSD? What should I do to fix this SSD?
