Linux Mint loses Window Focus

I recently installed Linux Mint 13 64bit with Cinamon Desktop and run into a weird problem.

It's about losing Mouse-Focus if more than one Window are open.

For Example, I open up Chromium, play around a little bit, and then, if I try to open any Programms from the Taskbar, I cannot click on it. It seems that Chromium won't free his Focus.

Another Example, if I open two Windows (e.g. Chromium and a Terminal) and I work with Chromium, then click into the Terminal I get no Focus to it.

Sorry, its a bit hard to explain.
