in domain name but the problem is its the exact same word of a big company i am not sure whether they trademarked it or not .

is it legal to use the domain for a non profit purpose and for use in the field other than the company in ?

and also can i sell it to any one is there any possibility for the company to take any action for selling or using it for some no profit and non related field i have absolutely no idea about trademarks and patents
