USB mouse / keyboard not working after suspend

After upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10, the USB mouse/keyboard is not working when the laptop wake up from suspend. I need to remove and insert the USB dongle to get keyboard/mouse working again. This was not a problem before the upgrade.

6 months ago I had the same problem when upgrading from 11.10 to 12.04. At that time I solved it by doing a clean install of 12.04.

Issue resolved after installing ppa:xubuntu-dev/xfce-4.12
