Installation of new dongle

Mini USB Bluetooth Dongle Adapter - Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 (32-Bit + 64-Bit), Windows 8 (32-Bit + 64-Bit) - Supports Bluetooth v2.0 and v1.2 - 3Mbps

Have just purchased the above and having trouble installing onto my laptop, it is asking me for a disc to be installed, not supplied. I am given the option to go to advanced settings but not too sure what I need to do. My laptop has Vista Premium installed can any body help me please.
