Which is the best opensource IT infra management s/w?

I am looking for some opensource IT infrastructure management s/w which should be able to monitor, manage servers & pc's, network devices, printers etc and it should have patch management, software inventory, user activity data etc

And I am planning to have it on a linux server and it should be manageable for both linux and windows machines. I have found many while googling, but I don't know which is the best one.

So anyone please suggest me, which is the best one I am looking for?....
