How are you keeping abreast with latest HPC trends?

For those of you primarily working on high performance computing for non-scientific purposes (as in no fortran) what are the ways by which you keep yourself abreast of the latest trends out there? Industry gossip? Random blogs from google? Search SO?

I am into HPC recently and looking for the high level architectural landscape. Given that everyone from GPGPU coders to FPGA folks to Erlang developers claim they are into HPC, how are you keeping up with so much information?
