Software Raid1 with Trim

I have two Crucial C300 SSD disks that I would like to use as my OS disks in my new home server.

I have read around a little and some places say that TRIM is simply not supported on any raid config, hw or sw. Then on some other sites I have seen that new support have come for SW raid via LVM somehow, and this is what I'm curious to know about.

Can I get Raid 1 and still have TRIM enabled on SW raid by abstracting it with LVM or in any other way?

I will most likely be using either Debian or CentOS.
