I want build a third party tool to make our employees fill the Contact Form information , and then make him able to add his information as a signature image to the Lotus notes .. so if the customer want to send a new email , the signature will be added automatically to the email ..

I use lotus notes V. 8.5 .. But how I can do it ,, is there any API available to make this happens ? I appreciates any help ...
