Is there any kind of framework that lets a controlling PC automate the flashing of a connected phone, waiting for the phone to boot and then tell it to download and execute tests from a repository? I know about Autopilot for applications, but I'm more interested in CI of boot loaders, drivers and platform stuff.

A related question: Is there a global repository of tests for Ubuntu Phone?
