The graph shows the cycle the connection goes through. After 10 to 15 seconds it drops to 0 KB/S, then goes up to the Max speed (120 KB/S) then it repeats.

dmesg shows the following during that time:

This also repeats with Wired or Wireless connections. How can I diagnose this changes in the network efficiently.
