When I am watching videos via VLC or watching videos in Firefox - even when I simply click DASH HOME - Screen goes blank - nothing working - I needed to restart to recover.

Not sure which is causing this issue. Is it because of Graphics Card problem - Not installed any proprietary drivers.

OS : Ubuntu 12.04 Graphics Card : 1 GB - [AMD/ATI] RV710 [Radeon HD 4350/4550]

Could you help me on this.
