Ubuntu 13.10 installation fault

I'm trying to install Ubuntu 13.10 64bit on my notebook, but after a few second the installation quit, i have to take screenshot with my phone, i saw an error:

MMIO write of 0x00000000 write fault at 0x418880 [IBUS]![enter image description here][1]

My notebook is Asus n56vv with Optimus intel + nvidia gt750m

At now I have a working installation of Ubuntu 13.04, I just want to install Ubuntu 13.10, keeping my home folder, I also tried to try ubuntu, but I have the same issue and the system didn't load.
