Encrypted usb stick not booting anymore how can I resolve the Disaster

Guys I am experiencing massive problem here. I created a bootable usb stick that I "full disk" encrypted with Ubuntu 13.04. I was using it when it froze. I had to reboot it manually and now I cannot boot on it anymore (It is not listed in the boot menu anymore)

If I put when I run Ubuntu on my laptop ubuntu can see it and I am asked for a password

But the correct password does not seem to work (I assume that this passphrase is the one I was using previously at startup)

Can you please help me figure this thing out, this is massive problem to me...
