How to build a private Wi-Fi Network server with VMware?

For a school project, we have to build a Private network with VMware vSphere , which we can connect to with a Username and Password.

On the network we want to create a folder for each Useraccount. Also
we must have add a few groups (Admin,Customer,Manager).
We must be able to connect to our network via the school Wi-Fi.

We want to build a safe and secure network, with an easy way to access the network. Do you have any tips on how to approach this?
