Cannot Start My System

I have installed Ubuntu Studio 13.10 installed on my system. Today I have rebooted it and now it is not starting or booting again, the logo is seen and there appears an error message that says :-

[23.755113] systemd-udevd[329]: inotify_add_watch(6, /dev/sdb, 10)
failed. No such file or directory

After this message the system doesn't start. I have done a boot repair through live CD, but that also doesn't helps me. Here is the link of the boot repair process.

Please help me how to restore my system without loosing my data
