GRUB problem after uninstalling mint

I've uninstalled Linux Mint 13 today from my netbook.

The netbook was running Windows XP and Linux Mint on dual boot. I've deleted the Linux's partition and now whenever I turn on the computer I get "Partitation not found" grub error...

I have no CD drive so I can't insert any repair CDs or XP CD. I'm currently hopeless. And now I can't even load Linux Mint from my USB drive...
Can someone help me?
