I am unable to run PulseAudio on Cygwin.
Operating System: Windows 8 Pro 64 bit
Cygwin Setup.exe Version: 2.831 (64 bit)
PulseAudio Version: 2.1-1
When I run:
pulseaudio -vv
this is the output:

When I instead run
pulseaudio -vv --start
