Where to train while earning to be a Web Programmer

Good day everyone. I'm a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and I really love coding in web. But my skills are not that high that's why I want to train while earning in a company but there are so few companies that offer it here. Web Programming is a passion for me and i really love it that's why i want to enhance my skills for my self and for the benefit of the company that will hire me.

Do you have any suggestions or recommendations that I can use because I really need a mentor cause my self studying is in limit now.
