interface changed after restart on Xubuntu

Something happened a few times after using Xubuntu since 1 month ago. A few times after i restarted my laptop the interface was totally changed.

The icons from the panel were different and almost everything. It looked great, it had a grey interface, very nice icons, buttons were bigger and everything looked great.

I have no idea what happened, i tried to find the same interface/theme from Settings Manager but without succes. Can anyone please tell me what happened or how can i use the grey interface? It dissapeared after i restarted the laptop.
