Cannot load 47_mod_dav_svn.conf when install apache and svn

I am install apache and subversion in gentoo. I have one problem that need your help. I install by guide from here. But my problem is that I can not see file 47_mod_dav_svn.conf in the folder /ect/apache2/modules.d, athough I set

APACHE2_OPTS="-D DEFAULT_VHOST -D INFO -D SSL -D SSL_DEFAULT_VHOST -D LANGUAGE -D DAV -D DAV_FS -D SVN -D SVN_AUTHZ"

And then restart apache by /etc/init.d/apache2 restart How to fixed my problem? Thank you so much
