I have some specific usage questions about DNSCrypt-Proxy.
I followed a guide and ended with the command
dnscrypt-proxy --daemonize –user=dnscrypt
Without any further switches does it default to using OpenDNS's resolver server?
I want to use specific servers, I found reference to pointing it to the full path of a CSV file. What is the CSV format for use with DNSCrypt?
Would it be "address:port, public key"? Does it go in order of working addresses? For example, first resolver doesn't connect it moves on to the second line of the CSV, then third etc.
Lastly, would this question be more appropriate in another StackExchange section?
