always need administrator password...even my user and password is correct.. i cannot log in

why the computer always need administrator password. when i change all the setting of my computer, all around ..... and when i log in my administrator password... still not working even it is correct....password....and user..... and this pc is connected to domain..

but i try to other pc . to login all also using windows administrator its open.....

what is the problem itry run cmd as administrator need administrator password.....again.. , i try to open the properties of network need administrator passpowrd..again

how to solve this problem my new pc is windows 7 .

Microsoft Management Console stops working when I add snap-in to it
