  Hello, What is proper way to display a gif image into the dialog with text with nice formatting etc.. So far here is my code: Copy code var $dialog = jQuery('<div></div>').html('<p>Sending your message...</p><img src="../images/AjaxWait.gif"/>') however by doing this the gif is not aligned nicely to the text, etc What is the best way to format content of the dialog? thanks bogumbiker

Here is my custom function: jQuery.fn.submitWithAjax = function() { this.submit(function() { $.post(this.action, $(this).serialize(), null, "script"); return false; }) return this; }; Before using validate plugin I had following which worked fine: $(document).ready(function() { $("#my_form").submitWithAjax(); } Now I have added the validation part and have no idea how to call my custom submitWithAjax function?? $(document).ready(function() { $("#my_form").validate({ /*Validations - works perfectly!! */ }, submitHandler: function(form) { /* $("#my_form").submitWithAjax(); - this works but introduces recursion */ /* how to call custom subitWithAjax() ????? */ } }); }) Thanks!

• interesting network or git problem

  I have a setup my own git repository with gitosis on dedicated debian server. The server is visible via port 22 from outside (the port 22 is forwarded from my router to my git server). On the local network the git repository works perfectly. The problem happens once I try to do "git clone.." from remote server. So once I do "git clone.." from remote I am getting git clone hung after cloning around 20-30% of the repository (small around 2MB) and I think this is the random percentage. I can do scp to and from the git server without any problems. Also as I mentioned the git clone, push, etc works perfectly within my internal network. Any idea how to debug this problem? thanks
