Access host disk from Windows 7 Virtual PC

This seems like a simple task, but I need to copy files from my host machine to my virtual PC. I am running Windows 7 Virtual PC.
I usually use \tsclient, but that is not working.

Windows 7 remember password when Remote Desktop to a machine over Internet

When I connect to my machine and I am on the local network Remote desktop does not require my password. However, when I try to remote into my machine remotely over the Internet, it makes me enter my password each time. Is there a way to have it remember my password, and not prompt me each time?Read the article
