  I am trying to determine the permission level of the current user using the ECMAScript client OM. The following code always returns 0. • Can sharepoint search crawl items in a hidden list?

  I have had mixed results with this. If i have an item in a hidden list, search does not seem to crawl it. But If i make it visible, and crawl it will get indexed. and if I hide it again and update it it will get crawled again! Does anyone know if search is supposed to be able to search items in a hidden list or not? thanks

• "Thread was being aborted" 0n large dataset

  I am trying to process 114,000 rows in a dataset (populated from an oracle database). I am hitting an error at around the 600 mark - "Thread was being aborted". All I am doing is reading the dataset, and I still hit the issue. Is this too much data for a dataset? It seems to load into the dataset ok though. • Workflowing an InfoPath form

  I have an InfoPath form that requires workflow. The form is build from a cXML schema in BizTalk,then dropped into a forms library for workflow. The user opens the infopath form, reviews and picks one of several options: re-submit, archive, escalate, etc. My question is how best to workflow this? Do you have the buttons on the form update a status/action field, and have the workflow listen for an onChange event? Can you update a property on the library, that is not a field on the form? for example, if status is not part of the form schema, but is a column on the document library. How do ye typically do this? thanks.
