• Just experienced a crash on Windows server 2003, What steps should I use to investigate this further

  This is the first time I've seen the server crash, and all it needed was a hard reboot. I've looked in the system events and couldn't find what caused the crash. Any steps I should take? Should I run some diagnostic on the hardware?(If so any recommendations for which diagnostic?)

• Printer stops printing at page 138, every time.

  I'm printing invoices from quickbooks premier 2009 and I have around 300 to print. But the job always fails at 138. It doesn't give any error messages, the print dialog box just disappears. and quickbooks acts like nothing was printed. The printer is a lexmark color laser c544n on windows xp sp3. It's pretty new. I've tried reinstalling the driver as well as change the way it spools (sending it directly to the printer). But nothing seems to work.

• Is there a better way to test or debug Mod rewrite rules other than using the browser?

  It's hard for me to grasp what a rewrite is actually doing. I would like to setup some rules and then be able to throw tests at it and step through it like a debugger.
