  having to do with data integrity - I maintain a coldfusion database at a small shop that keeps addresses of different contacts. These contacts sometimes contain notes in them. When you are merging two duplicate contacts, one may be created in 2002 and one in 2008. If the contact in 2002 has notes prior to 2008, my question would be does it matter if you merge these contacts and keep the 2008 contact's ID number? Would that affect the data integrity or create any sort of issues with the notes earlier than 2008? I hope I've accurately described my scenario, as I am not familiar with the proper technical terms. I really appreciate the help sir!

  I followed this to add zc.recipe.testrunner to my buildout. I can run buildout successfully but when I run bin/test, I get: ImportError: No module named testrunner I have zope.testrunner-4.0.4-py2.4.egg in /usr/local/lib/python2.4/site-packages I also pinned zope.testrunner = 4.0.4 zc.recipe.testruner = 1.4.0 zc.recipe.egg = 1.3.2 When I ran buildout, I used -vvv and I got: ... Installing 'zc.recipe.testrunner'. We have the distribution that satisfies 'zc.recipe.testrunner==1.4.0'. Egg from site-packages: z3c.recipe.scripts 1.0.1 Egg from site-packages: zope.testrunner 4.0.4 Egg from site-packages: zope.interface 3.8.0 Egg from site-packages: zope.exceptions 3.7.1 ... • Subdomains vs. subdirectory – status as of 2012.

  This following question by Jeff was in 2010 and I wanted to check how things have changed in the past 2 years. My problem: I run a site with most of the content distributed to subdomains that’s are user based. E.g: Joe.example.com John.example.com Jil.example.com So all of these subdomains have the content and the main site example.com becomes a mere dummy listing all the subdomains. Now the question is, as of 2012, how is google treating domain authority and page rank in this case? I understand the notion of page rank as page per se but when it comes to domain authority will the parent domain have the cumulative effect of the domain authority or will it be spread out?
