  In Python 2.x, I could pass custom function to sorted and .sort functions >>> x=['kar','htar','har','ar'] >>> >>> sorted(x) ['ar', 'har', 'htar', 'kar'] >>> >>> sorted(x,cmp=customsort) ['kar', 'htar', 'har', 'ar'] Because, in My language, consonents are comes with this order "k","kh",....,"ht",..."h",...,"a" But In Python 3.x, looks like I could not pass cmp keyword >>> sorted(x,cmp=customsort) Traceback (most recent call last): File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module> TypeError: 'cmp' is an invalid keyword argument for this function Is there any alternatives or should I write my own sorted function too?

• ExtJS combo setting problem

  Hi I run into an interesting problem while was using combos in input form. My form contains combos that get data from json stores. It works fine when adding new record, but when the form is opened for editing an existing record, sometimes the id appears as selected not its value (eg: there's 5 instead of "apple"). I think it tries to set the value before it finishes loading the combo. Is there a way to solve this? • How can i handle mouse double click event on textbox?

  Hello, I want to open one child window on mouse double click of textbox. I know the only event available in Silverlight is MouseLeftButtonDown and you have to simulate double click. However it still doesn't work when i click in the middle of the textbox. It only works when i double click on the border of the textbox. Anybody has any ideas of how can i do this? If any 3rd party library is available then also it's fine. Thanks in advance:)

records... i am not able to find any solution /control using which i an do it easily. coz my field's value is in attribute named "Value" when in the examples i saw its between opening and closing tag.. i have 2 methods to do so. 1 . i make one page to edit a single record and pass id of record to that page on editing. open the page in iframe on same page to edit and in page_load get data from database for id passed and fill it in control. 2 . i store xml on server as physical file and use it in page i opened in iframe to edit the record. so i am confused... can anybody please guide me that what shpould i do to let user provide interface to edit this xml data/user profile ?
