  I'm updating a set of objects, but the update fails on a SqlException that says "Incorrect Syntax near 'Where'". I also called context.GetChangeSet() and the proper values are in the updates section. Also, I checked the .dbml file and all of the properties Update Check values are 'Always'. I am completely baffled on this one, any help out there?

  We are using RDLC's in a Asp.net web application. For reasons beyond our understanding, the first call to the database server fails with the following error: An error has occurred during report processing. Cannot open database "TryParkingIt2" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'EXTRANET\OurServerNameHere$'. Run the report again, it works. Huh? Update Click the button the first time, it fails. Click the button again, it works. The account being impersonated is a domain account.

• Can I Force A ASP.Net Website to Show Time in A Specific Time Zone?

  I have a client request that all times be displayed in Pacific Time Zone, regardless of client settings. I'd like to avoid a scenario where I have to call a function for every time display and instead have a single point where I can make the switch. I'm thinking a custom culture might do the trick, but I wanted to ask before I set off down a potentially blind alley (or miss something trivially easy).
