Connect two devices with ethernet

I have a MacBook Pro and I'm going to buy a Boxee Box. I have access to wireless internet, but it's slow and out of my control. So my question is, what is the best way for both devices to get internet access, and the Boxee Box to get SMB access to the Mac, when only the Mac is connected to the wireless internet? I'm thinking an ethernet cable from the Boxee Box to my Mac, and connection sharing on my Mac. Can you explain the setup, is there any configuring.

jQuery.clone() IE problem

I'm have some that uses jQuery.clone() to get the html of a page and then add it to a pre tag. (I need to clone it because I'm doing some changes to it before outputting it)

Convert HTML tag to lowercase

I working on an intranet project for IE6 (i know...) and I need to output some HTML code from a div. I use $('#output').text($('#container').html()); But IE6 outputs all the code in uppercase: <TABLE> <TR> <TD>test</TD> </TR> </TABLE> How can I convert HTML tags to lowercase using jQuery? Would be useful to have a plugin that could recursively go trough the DOM-tree.

jQuery.html() removes scripts and styles

Is there a way to use jQuery.html() and not loose the scripts and styles? or any other non-jQuery way? I'm trying to output the full HTML of the page the user is on. Is this even possible?
