• Microsoft MyPhone - .NET access possible?

  I've searched this as much as I can in the time available, but haven't turned anything up. Does anyone know if it is possible to access data backed up from a WinMo device to Microsoft's MyPhone service programatically, without having to restore all the data back to the device? I'm looking at a way of also keeping a local backup of contacts and SMS messages on my desktop machine, but it seems that if there is an API for doing so, Microsoft haven't advertised it at all. I'm hoping that my inability to find any reference on Google is due to my incompetence rather than it not being supported by Microsoft.

• Property Scope (Iphone)

  Hello All. I am having trouble accessing a declared property and I think I am missing something fundamental about the nature of properties and perhaps view controllers. Here's what I'm doing so far: declaring a property "myPhone" in a root view controller called RootViewController. grabbing a phone number from a modally presented people picker setting "myPhone" to the value from the people picker (from within shouldContinueAfterSelectingPerson of ABPeoplePickerNavigationController) trying to access "myPhone" from another modally presented view controller "myPhone" continues to NSLog to null despite trying every permutation of self.myPhone, super, RootViewController, etc. to try and access the value I set. What am I missing?

• Testing on Device Other Than the Known Brand Question (Local and Imported Phone Question)

  I have a question. When testing a device by using Eclipse, it's easy to install and add device software with these specific brands commonly used in game testing like Samsung, Google, T-Mobile, and HTC; according to the Android Developers website. What if I'm using other brands that runs on Android to test the program via Eclipse (i.e. MyPhone, Starmobile), what should I look for to download in order to enable testing phones that those brands are using other than the brands that are known and commonly used: model number or simply brand? • App not installed...because its resources have been modified

  One user cannot install my app because they continue to receive the error: The application “myapp” was not installed on the iPhone “myPhone” because its resources have been modified I've read the error occurs because of adding files after the app is built. I have not added any files. Last week, the user could install the ad hoc without issue. Any ideas?

• The iPhone “phone” doesn’t have the provisioning profile with which the application was signed.

  i have tried everything to fix this provision problem and nothing is working. ive reformated my mac, reinstalled the iphone, ive also dragged the provisions (developer and distribution) onto the organizer, itunes, and xcode. in itunes people say to drag the provisions to the iphone icon but that doesnt work its only able to go under library it shows a blue rectangle for me to drop it there. i just have a newly created dummy app with a 57x57 icon. ive also setup the project with the distribution thing with its distribution provision. when i build i get this: The iPhone “myphone” doesn’t have the provisioning profile with which the application was signed. Click “Install and Run” to install the provisioning profile “distribution” on “myphone” and continue running “helloworld.app”. and it has a button "install and run" ive clicked on that hundreths of times and nothing. in orgranizer i see a tab called console ive cleared it and rebuild the app and there is some output that i dont understand. I'm thinking its my problem whats it mean?   I just want to ask if How can I install Ubuntu OS from android phone? I have the ubuntu.img and .md5 file. But I don't knwo how to run this. I also have Linux installer and VNC. Everytime I launch the application the terminal emulator always force close. So I think that there's an error with the application. Any idea how can I install this? I am using myphone A848 duo same as Noir A6 and micromax A68.

• How to format a string as a telephone number in C#

  I have a string "1112224444' it is a telephone number. I want to format as 111-222-4444 before I store it in a file. It is on a datarecord and I would prefer to be able to do this without assigning a new variable. I was thinking: String.Format("{0:###-###-####}", i["MyPhone"].ToString() ); but that does not seem to do the trick. ** UPDATE ** Ok. I went with this solution Convert.ToInt64(i["Customer Phone"]).ToString("###-###-#### ####") Now its gets messed up when the extension is less than 4 digits. It will fill in the numbers from the right. so 1112224444 333 becomes 11-221-244 3334 Any ideas?
