  • Change the default Junk Email folder in Outlook 2007

    An old junk mail filter program I used to use created a junk email folder. When I moved from Outlook 2003 to 2007, Outlook created a new folder called Junk Email1. Now, after our move to a new Exchange server, I now have a "Junk Email" folder and the existing "Junk Email1" folder. Is there a way to change the default Outlook Junk Email folder back to "Junk Email"?

    Hi, I'm using org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet and org.springframework.ws.transport.http.MessageDispatcherServlet In the same app but each is loading own application contexts, I need to load all beans in a single application context. The application consists of typical layers webappdao etc What I have tried is to use one single spring-root-context.xml by setting it in the contextConfigLocation. But didn't help, this has been an issue for me for a long time an I would appreciate any help with this. Any online references would be a great help. Regards Ramo

  • Using one data source across multiple views in Kendo UI SPA

    I am trying to build a Kendo UI SPA. I have two views. View 1 (appListView) shows Application Details in a grid and view 2 (activityView) will have a dropdown for application names and a grid that shows the activity for selected application As I am loading all the application details on the loading of view 1, I would like to re-use those details to populate the dropdown on view 2. Please see my code below. Everything works fine but when I go to View 2 it makes a call to the service again to get application details. I would like to use the existing data if it is already loaded and if the uses comes to view 2 directly then it should get application data also. I am not sure what I am missing in the code. I connect to the Internet with both of them but one does all of the Internet transactions (and I have not seen any place where I can specify which one I would prefer to use!) What I would like to do is use one of them for the browser and Skype only, and the other one for stock exchange software for instance. Is this is possible?

    What is the best way to backup windows SQL, Exchange or AD servers data to? NAS, external USB , iSCSI or perhaps some other backup solution? I will not however be considering cloud backup solutions due to bandwidth restrictions and cost. Currently I find NAS devices to give the best results but clients that do not have the budget for backup software use Windows Server Backup but then they can make only 1 backup to a NAS at a time.

    Hi, somehow sfMail doesn't want to send emails and I can't find the reaseon why. send() simply returns 0, here is my code: $message = $this->getMailer()->compose("[email protected]", "[email protected], "test", "testing"); echo $this->getMailer()->send($message); factories.yml: all: mailer: class: sfMailer param: logging: %SF_LOGGING_ENABLED% charset: %SF_CHARSET% delivery_strategy: realtime transport: class: Swift_SmtpTransport param: host: smtp.email.com port: 25 encryption: ~ username: [email protected] password: mytestpass and I simply get "0" as result. Any ideas what am I doing wrong?

    I have two outlooks 2007 open on two different machines logged in to the same account. The issue is I have is with client-only rules for sound alerts executing intermittently. All other rules work correctly, because they are run on the Exchange Server, but the client-only ones seem to pick and choose when to produce sounds. Is there something I can do to make my client-only rules run reliably on one particular instance of outlook?

    I have a couple of backed up .pst and .ost files that were used with a server that is not accessible anymore. On my local machine, I was able to Add... the .pst file to my fresh Outlook 2007 and access the emails. However, adding an .ost file does not seem to be an options in the Accounts Settings dialog. Is it possible to import the .ost file, or convert it to a .pst w/o the aid of the exchange server?

    I have an iPad that is connected to the Wireless router in my network. However, this router is connected to my Win 2008 server, which in its turn is connected to the internet. The iPad is unable to connect to the public url for the exchange server on the server (www.example.com) and has erratic internet access, where Windows laptops are provided with faultless internet access, even when they are not a member of the domain. How do I solve this?

    I have a pretty big (~30GB) email archive (Outlook + Exchange: .ost file) and I would like to use the Outlook Search Feature (Windows Search technology). I would like to exclude some folders from the indexing (at least the "spam" folder!) but it seems there is no option for that in the standard configurations. Is there any other way (registries, etc) that can I accomplish this? I am using Windows 7 and Outlook 2007. Thanks!
