• In an MS Access Maketable query, how to create an Autonumber field?

  I have a Maketable query in an Access db that could use an Autonumber field. I can't find a built-in function for my purpose. Do i need to write my own? Ideally, I'd just like to create a field in the Access designer as "Autonum: CreateAutoNumber()" Edit: If it can't be done in the query itself, I can also run a procedure afterward.

• SharePoint 2007 Approval Workflow - Any other person can approve requirement

  How can I use SharePoint's Content Approval to enforce the rule that any two people in a group can make a change? We have a policy library that any two individuals can update (a modifier and an approver). If I do a group parallel approval, the modifier can approve their own work (I believe). Unfortunately, I don't have access to Visual Studio or even SharePoint Designer (as these have been disabled by corporate).

• Show Color on WrkStat.aspx Page

  On the WrkStat.aspx page I would like to add emphasis to the status of each approval stage. e.g. I want to show "Approved" in green and "Rejected" text in red. I tried editing the page in SharePoint Designer but it gives an error about application.master. Does anyone know how to add color to this wrkstat.aspx page or any custom workflow status page?

  Hi, Another SharePoint question from myself! I've created a subsite and from within Sharepoint designer I've created a new aspx page, all nice and simple so far. I can't seem to find where I can change the security on this new page, only site admins can view the page and everyone else gets access denied. It doesn't seem to inherit the permissions from the parent and I can't see where to change the security settings! Please help, I'm sure it's something simple! Thanks Dan

  I am using a dataset to pull data from a DB. One of the fields in a row is NULL. I know this. However, the following vb.net code throws a StrongTypingException (in the autogenerated get_SomeField() method in the dataset designer): If Not IsDBNull(aRow.SomeField) Then 'do something End If According to documentation and this question it should be fine. edit: If aRow.SomeField is DBNull.Value Then also returns the same error. Argh.

  I am a template designer and I want to create one wordpress with all generic posts, but I don't want to have to keep logging in and copy & pasteing the same wordpress posts everytime. Can I point multiple WP installs to one database? A harder way would be export a master db and importing it to each install. • Visual Studio Default Open File Action

  I am using Visual Studio 2008 with C#. Is there a way to set the default editor for a class file containing a DataTable derived class? Whenever I double click on one of these classes to open the file VS attempts to open a component designer. Since my class isn't compatible with that editor this is a rather useless default. I would like these files to open up in the normal code editor.
