  • android webview returns blank page when load dynamic html page

    I am trying to click one button to load a page into a div block dynamically. To test it, I try to append a list item with text "abc" into the loaded page. However, I always get a blank page. load function works fine because if I try to load a static page, it works.     My language ID is 'id'. I used localized humanize library for my Django template tags and use the naturaltime, but the translation is partially wrong. The now translated to sekarang is right. second to detik. minute to menit, but when it comes to date, week, or months, the word is not translated to my language. It keeps printing date, week, and months.   • Drupal, installation to new web server... problems with Views exposed filter

    hi, I've moved my drupal installation to a new website (without clean urls support). I'm using a View to display the content of my website with exposed filter (tags multi-selection) When I click on one of the tags something strange happen on the new website.. Even if I select only 1 tag, I get urls like this: http://.../drupal/?tid[]=67&tid[]=66&view_name=Portfolio&view_display_id=page_1&view_args=&view_path=portfolio&view_base_path=portfolio&view_dom_id=1&pager_element=0 instead of the normal url: http://www.sanstitre.ch/drupal/portfolio?tid[0]=67 could you give me some tip ? thanks

    I'm trying to "replace" text with an image in all of my h3 tags. I want the image to be in the html to avoid multiple h3 classes as this is being done for a portfolio and there will be about 10 h3 tags on the page. My question is, will this be viewed as an attempt to hide, stuff keywords by google for seo purposes? If it will then does anyone know a better way to accomplish this?     Ok, so im trying to work out the fastest way of storing data on my page without slowing the page load: I need to store information in the page to be later used by jquery. My page is an events page and i want to attach data to each event anchor. there are 100+ events to attach data to. The events anchors are created with a php loop, so i could create the data elements within this loop using either use un-semantic tags ie *rel="some_data"* create a jquery.data() for each iteration of the loop or i could run the loop again, separately, this time inside script tags with jquery.data(); would really appreciate any thoughts on this!

    Using struts2 with jsp with standard struts tag libraries. I'm trying to dynamically hide a DIV on page load, but still send it to the browser. This is so I can show it later via javascript. The request objects one and two are not easily referenced via a jsp:usebean tag.   • Django: common template subsections

    What's a good way to handle commonly occurring subsections of templates? For example, there is a sub-header section that's used across 4 different pages. The pages are different enough to not work well with template inheritance (ie. "extends" doesn't fit well). Is "include" the recommended method here? It feels a bit heavyweight, requiring each subsection or snippet to be in its own file. Are there any performance issues in using include or is it smart about forming template from the subsections (ie. if I make extensive use of it, do I pay any penalties)? I think what I'm looking for is something like template tags, but without the programming - a simple way to create a library of html template tags I can sprinkle in other templates.

For example, if a page has the following: <body><script>var x = 10;</script><div>Hello</div><div><h1>Hi</h1></div></body> I want to process it with Nokogiri and return html like the following after stripping the text like so: <body><script>var x = 10;</script><div></div><div><h1></h1></div></body> (THat is, remove the actual h1 text, text between divs, text in p elements etc, but keep the tags. also, dont remove text in the script tags.)   • JSONP parsing error from WCF

    Answered my own question I had a problem with a jquery (jsonp) call to a WCF service that was throwing a json parsing error. Using ASP.NET 4.0 on the WCF side and jquery 1.7 on the client side. Turned out there was an old set of script tags on the page using language = VBSCRIPT. The browser was interpreting the returned json packet of script as "VBscript" instead of javascript. I placed a set of empty javascript tags at the top of the page and the browser is now interpreting the json as the proper javascript function. Hope this helps someone else. Tom

    What do I need to do something like this? User builds a diagram and tags certain boxes and circles with text. User imports diagram into my program. My program processes the tagged boxes and circles and fills them with different colors. My program exports color-filled diagram. So the questions are... What graphics format supports tag-able boxes and circles? What existing application should I recommend users to use to produce diagrams in the above format? Would this graphics format be very easily readable in code to do things like reading tags and coloring in the associated boxes and circles? Free / open source libraries and apps are desired as this would be for academic use. Thank you!

    Hi i have a document from which i am trying to extract a date. But the problem is within the node along with the date their is some text too. Something like <div class="postHeader"> Posted on July 20, 2009 9:22 PM PDT </div> From this tag i just want the date item not the Posted on text. something like ./xhtml:div[@class = 'postHeader'] is getting everything. and to be precise, the document i have is basically a nodelist of this elements for eg i will get 10 nodes of these elements with different date values but to be worse the problem is sometime inside these tags some random other tags also pops us like anchors etc. Can i write a universal expath which will just get the date out of the div tag?

    I have a long HTML text-only article formatted with paragraph tags. What I'd like to do is break this content into N number of divs so that I can create individual pages. So, for instance, on an iPad/iPhone, instead of reading one long page the user could swipe right/left to navigate to pages. My initial javascript attempts have been somewhat convoluted: creating an array of the text, measuring line-heights, device window heights, adding closing/opening paragraph tags and the end/beginning of pages. Thoughts on a good way to approach this? I will not have access to server-side processing, this has to be a client-side solution.

    Hello, I need to change the color of certain attributes/tags. I am switching from Dreamweaver and making the skin has been really hard in TextMate. As you can see, I want to change the a and img tags along with all of their attributes. The closest I've come to find is entity.other.attribute-name which only works with id for some reason entity.other.attribute-name.id Bonus would be the scope selector for the value of an attribute, e.g. "Logo" alt in the above example.     I have a text file that includes data inside {[]} tags. What would be the suggested way to parse that data so I can just use the data inside the tags? Example text file would look like this: 'this is a bunch of text that is not {[really]} useful in any {[way]}. I need to {[get]} some items {[from]} it.' I would like to end up with 'really', 'way', 'get', 'from' in a list. I guess I could use split to do it.. but seems like there might be a better way out there. I have seen a ton parsing libraries, is there one that would be perfect for what I want to do?

    I was looking at how some site implemented rounded corners, and the CSS had these odd tags that I've never really seen before. -moz-border-radius-topright: 5px; -webkit-border-top-right-radius: 5px; -moz-border-radius-bottomright: 5px; -webkit-border-bottom-right-radius: 5px; I googled it, and they seem to be Firefox specific tags? Update The site I was looking at was twitter, it's wierd how a site like that would alienate their IE users.

    I'm playing around with an idea, and I'm stuck at this one part. I want to read an external HTML page and then extract the data held within two <dd> tags. I've been using file_get_contents with good results, but I'm at a loss as to how to accomplish that last part. The two tags I want to extract the value from are always enclosed within a particular <div>, was wondering if that might help? In my mind it reads the entire html file into a string, then dumps all the data up until this one particular <div>, and dumps all the data after the closing </div>. Is that possible? I think this needs regex syntax which I've never used yet. So any tips, links, or examples would be great! I can provide more info as necessary.
