  Hello, Is it possible to buy an HTC EVO 4G (preferably), or the Droid Incredible (second choice) from a vendor whereby the phone is unlocked without a cellular plan? I just want to get a phone to test my Android app on over the built-in WiFi (for now). Please advise. • PC cannot ping another PC on my home network

  Hello, I am running Windows 7 on my PC, and I am running a Windows 2008 Server VM in Windows Virtual PC. Both machines have network connectivity. However, I cannot ping the VM from the host neither by computer name nor IP. I can ping the host machine from the VM both by computer name and IP. Is there something I need to enable on the VM to allow it to be seen by other machines on my network? Thanks!

• pidgin: how to make it log logins/logouts of an ICQ buddy if the conversation tab is still open

  Hello, when pidgin was called gaim and you had opened a tab with am ICQ buddy, all his logins and logouts were logged during the time you had that tab open. It didnt' even matter if your buddy was online before you opened the tab with him. In pidgin 2.6.6, I this behavior can no longer be observed and I cannot find an option in the preferences or buddy context menu to enable it. How do I restore that behavior from gaim time? Thanks!

Is it simply that cpu sends just a single electric pulse, and if that electric pulse's voltage is higher than a certain level, it charges the capacitor to a voltage level that is "1" and if it is at a lower voltage band, it charges capacitor to level that it is "0"?
