validate weblogic security realm user through java

i have installed weblogic '10.3.4.0' and have created a user in the default security realm 'myrealm'. The authenticator is DefaultAuthenticator. Now, I have to authenticate the user through a stand alone java application. But the application is resposning with 'LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials':
