    Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) is a complete Identity Governance system that automates access rights management, and provisions IT resources.  One important aspect of this system is the Identity Connectors that are used to integrate OIM with external, identity-aware applications. We delivered a new Manager Dashboard, streamlined many Manager Self Service transactions, provided new Pivot Grid capabilities, and implemented one-click Related Actions accessible from multiple places – all with the goal of improving every Manager’s self service experience. Manager Dashboard These new capabilities have the potential to significantly impact an organization’s bottom line, and here is why. Increased Efficiency The Manager Dashboard provides a ‘one-stop shop’ for your Managers with all of the key data they need consolidated into a single view.     Customers who have run the Upgrade Wage Attachments process after applying the 2012 RUP are reporting errors similar to those listed below when either running a quickpay or processing a payroll for employee(s) with involuntary deductions. Error: HR_51118_HRPROC_ERR_ON_ASG ASGNO 1115 APP-PAY-51118: Error was encountered when processing assignment 1115 HR_51119_HRPROC_ERR_OCC_ON_ET ETNAME: Garnishment 3 APP-PAY-51119: Error was encountered when processing Element Type Garnishment 3 HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR SQLERRMC ORA-01403: No data found SQL_NO 520 TABLE_NAME pay_input_values_f APP-PAY-06881:Error ORA-01403: no data found has occured in table pay_input_values_f at location 520 This issue was logged in Bug 14679161 - QUICK PAY ERROR AFTER RUP (2012) AND WAGE ATTACHMENT UPGRADE APP-PAY-06881. The following one off patches have been released to My Oracle Support to resolve this issue*: 11i -  Patch 14679161 12.0 - Patch 14849394:R12.PAY.A 12.1 - Patch 14849394:R12.PAY.B * IMPORTANT:  Depending on when/if customers have run the Wage Attachment upgrade process will determine the appropriate action to take. Any customer who is encountering the above error and/or has run the Wage Attachment upgrade process AFTER applying the 2012 RUP (applicable to their release level) should log a Service Request with Oracle Support to receive assistance on the necessary steps to take to resolve the problem BEFORE applying the above patch. Any customer who has not yet run the Wage Attachment Upgrade process (either before or after applying the 2012 RUP), should follow the action plan documented in the patch readme. For those customers who have already run the Wage Attachment Upgrade process BEFORE applying the 2012 RUP, should apply the patch (applicable to your release) listed above.   • Payroll Customers Must Apply Mandatory Patches to Maintain Your Supportability

    The HRMS Suite of products has minimum required Rollup Patch (RUP) levels as well as additional mandatory patches that our customers must apply to ensure they are in compliance for support.  Without these patches, customers risk not being able to apply any fixes for issues they encounter as these RUPs and mandatory patches are the minimum patch level expected by Oracle Support and Oracle Development.  Core Payroll and International Payroll customers must apply the yearly Rollup Patch within 12 months of its issue. Legislative Payroll customers have additional requirements for the Rollup Patch, as the RUP generally is a pre-requisite for the next Year End/Fourth Quarter/Year Begin payroll processing supported by Oracle. These minimum RUP patches and other mandatory patches for your product or legislation are created with the following goals in mind: Compliance: Manage the people in your organization within the requirements of a specific country. Supportability: Ensure you are on a common code base so that if problems are identified, patches can be readily provided to you. Reliability: Reliable code with multiple customer downloads and comprehensive testing.     Does anyone know of companies offering SaaS full text search? I'm looking for something that uses Lucene, solr, or sphinx on the backend, and provides a REST API for submitting documents to index, and running searches. I could build my own EC2 AMI, but I'd have to configure EBS and other stuff, monitor it, etc. Curious if someone has already done all this and would charge per MB/GB indexed. thank you. -- James

  • Importing a SQL Server 2005 Profile Trace Template into SQL 2008

    I'm using SQL Server 2008, but my ERP Vendor only offers a SQL 2005 trace template that they'd like me to run on my system. When I attempt to import it, I receive confirmation that it was successfully imported. However, it does not show up in the list of available templates. I've done this on two separate servers to the same effect. Is this a known problem with SQL Server 2008? I Googled unsuccessfully.

  • BlackBerry - Error preverifying class java during build

    I'm trying do build and debug a small project for BlackBerry. During the build I'm getting this error Error preverifying class java ... I read on the net this error could be caused by referencing multiple projects but I tried to move every package in a single project but the error is still there. I tried with multiple JDE version (currently 4.7) and the Java compiler is set to 1.6. Eclipse version is 3.4.1 as recommended by RIM's documentations. Does someone have some clue?
