  • game speed problem

    HI..I made a little game.But this game works on every computer with different speed.I think it is about resolution.I used every thing in paintcomponent.and If I change screen size the game goes slower or faster.And if i run this game on another computer wich has different resolution it also works different. This is my game http://rapidshare.com/files/364597095/ShooterGame.2.6.0.jar and here code public class Shooter extends JFrame implements KeyListener, Runnable { JFrame frame = new JFrame(); String player; Font startFont, startSubFont, timerFont,healthFont; Image img; Image backGround; Graphics dbi; URL url1 = this.getClass().getResource("Images/p2.gif"); URL url2 = this.getClass().getResource("Images/p3.gif"); URL url3 = this.getClass().getResource("Images/p1.gif"); URL url4 = this.getClass().getResource("Images/p4.gif"); URL urlMap = this.getClass().getResource("Images/zemin.jpg"); Player p1 = new Player(5, 150, 10, 40, Color.GREEN, url3); Computer p2 = new Computer(750, 150, 10, 40, Color.BLUE, url1); Computer p3 = new Computer(0, 0, 10, 40, Color.BLUE, url2); Computer p4 = new Computer(0, 0, 10, 40, Color.BLUE, url4); ArrayList<Bullets> b = new ArrayList<Bullets>(); ArrayList<CBullets> cb = new ArrayList<CBullets>(); Thread sheap; boolean a, d, w, s; boolean toUp, toDown; boolean GameOver; boolean Level2; boolean newGame, resart, pause; int S, E; int random; int cbSpeed = 0; long timeStart, timeEnd; int timeElapsed; long GameStart, GameEnd; int GameScore; int Timer = 0; int timerStart, timerEnd; public Shooter() { sheap = new Thread(this); sheap.start(); startFont = new Font("Tiresias PCFont Z", Font.BOLD + Font.ITALIC, 32); startSubFont = new Font("Tiresias PCFont Z", Font.BOLD + Font.ITALIC, 25); timerFont = new Font("Tiresias PCFont Z", Font.BOLD + Font.ITALIC, 16); healthFont = new Font("Tiresias PCFont Z", Font.BOLD + Font.ITALIC, 16); setTitle("Shooter 2.5.1"); setBounds(350, 250, 800, 600); // setResizable(false); setBackground(Color.black); setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE); addKeyListener(this); a = d = w = s = false; toUp = toDown = true; GameOver = true; newGame = true; Level2 = false; S = E = 0; setVisible(true); } public void paint(Graphics g) { img = createImage(getWidth(), getHeight()); dbi = img.getGraphics(); paintComponent(dbi); g.drawImage(img, 0, 0, this); } public void paintComponent(Graphics g) { repaint(); timeStart = System.currentTimeMillis(); backGround = Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit().getImage(urlMap); g.drawImage(backGround, 0, 0, null); g.setColor(Color.red); g.setFont(healthFont); g.drawString("" + player + " Health : " + p1.health, 30, 50); g.setColor(Color.red); g.drawString("Computer Health : " + (p2.health + p3.health + p4.health), 600, 50); g.setColor(Color.BLUE); g.setFont(timerFont); g.drawString("Time : " + Timer, 330, 50); if (newGame) { g.setColor(Color.LIGHT_GRAY); g.setFont(startFont); g.drawString("Well Come To Shoot Game", 200, 190); g.drawString("Press ENTER To Start", 250, 220); g.setColor(Color.LIGHT_GRAY); g.setFont(startSubFont); g.drawString("Use W,A,S,D and Space For Fire", 200, 250); g.drawString("GOOD LUCK", 250, 280); newGame(); } if (!GameOver) { for (Bullets b1 : b) { b1.draw(g); } for (CBullets b2 : cb) { b2.draw(g); } update(); // Here MOvements for Player and For Fires } if (p1.health <= 0) { g.setColor(p2.col); g.setFont(startFont); g.drawString("Computer Wins ", 200, 190); g.drawString("Press Key R to Restart ", 200, 220); GameOver = true; } else if (p2.health <= 0 && p3.health <= 0 && p4.health <= 0) { g.setColor(p1.col); g.setFont(startFont); g.drawString(""+player+" Wins ", 200, 190); g.drawString("Press Key R to Resart ", 200, 220); GameOver = true; g.setColor(Color.MAGENTA); g.drawString(""+player+"`s Score is " + Timer, 200, 120); } if (Level2) { if (p3.health >= 0) { p3.draw(g); for (CBullets b3 : cb) { b3.draw(g); } } else { p3.x = 1000; } if (p4.health >= 0) { p4.draw(g); for (CBullets b4 : cb) { b4.draw(g); } } else { p4.x = 1000; } } if (p1.health >= 0) { p1.draw(g); } if (p2.health >= 0) { p2.draw(g); } else { p2.x = 1000; } } public void update() { if (w && p1.y > 54) { p1.moveUp(); } if (s && p1.y < 547) { p1.moveDown(); } if (a && p1.x > 0) { p1.moveLeft(); } if (d && p1.x < 200) { p1.moveRight(); } random = 1 * (int) (Math.random() * 100); if (random > 96) { if (p2.health >= 0) { CBullets bo = p2.getCBull(); bo.xVel =-1-cbSpeed; cb.add(bo); } if (Level2) { if (p3.health >= 0) { CBullets bo1 = p3.getCBull(); bo1.xVel = -2-cbSpeed; cb.add(bo1); } if (p4.health >= 0) { CBullets bo2 = p4.getCBull(); bo2.xVel = -4-cbSpeed; cb.add(bo2); } } } if (S == 1) { if (p1.health >= 0) { Bullets bu = p1.getBull(); bu.xVel = 5; b.add(bu); S += 1; } } //Here Also Problem ..   • Microsoft Standalone CA - Set expiration date of an individual request

    - by Hall72215
I have set up a Microsoft Standalone CA on 2008 R2 as a root CA. I'm trying to setup a subordinate Enterprise CA. I generated the certificate request, and submitted it to the root CA. Then, I ran the following command to set the expiration date to 20 years (the request ID is 5): certutil -setattributes 5 "ValidityPeriod:Years\nValidityPeriodUnits:20" Then, I approved the request, but it failed. The Request Status Code is: The specified time is invalid. 0x8007076d (WIN32: 1901) The Request Disposition Message is: Denied by Policy Module 0x8007076d, The requested validity period is invalid. Confirm that the validity period or expiration data and time specified in the request does not extend beyond the validity period of the CA certificate, the certificate template, and the CA. The validity period of the CA can be verified by running the following commands: certutil -getreg ca\validityPeriod & certutil -getreg ca\ValidityPeriodUnits The validity period of the CA certificate is 40 years (expires in 2052). The template condition doesn't apply since this is a standalone CA. The result of those commands is Years and 1, respectively. It appears that I will need to change the CA's validityPeriod and validityPeriodUnits. But, I want to keep the default expiration for a request at 1 year. Is there a way to set a maximum and default expiration, or am I going to have to change it, issue the certificate, and then change it back?

I've scanned my new webserver and I'm surprised to find that in the results there's programs that I never installed. This is a fresh new install of Ubuntu 12.04 and just installed Php 5.3, mysql, fail2ban, apache2, git, a few other things. • curl FTPS with client certificate to a vsftpd

    - by weeheavy
I'd like to authenticate FTP clients either via username+password or a client certificate. Only FTPS is allowed. User/password works, but while testing with curl (I don't have another option) and a client certificate, I need to pass a user. Isn't it technically possible to authenticate only by providing a certificate? vsftpd.conf passwd_chroot_enable=YES chroot_local_user=YES ssl_enable=YES rsa_cert_file=usrlocal/ssl/certs/vsftpd.pem force_local_data_ssl=YES force_local_logins_ssl=YES Tested with curl -v -k -E client-crt.pem --ftp-ssl-reqd ftp://server:21/testfile the output is: * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Client hello (1): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Server hello (2): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, CERT (11): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Request CERT (13): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Server finished (14): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, CERT (11): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Client key exchange (16): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, CERT verify (15): * SSLv3, TLS change cipher, Client hello (1): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Finished (20): * SSLv3, TLS change cipher, Client hello (1): * SSLv3, TLS handshake, Finished (20): * SSL connection using DES-CBC3-SHA * Server certificate: * SSL certificate verify result: self signed certificate (18), continuing anyway. > USER anonymous < 530 Anonymous sessions may not use encryption. * Access denied: 530 * Closing connection #0 * SSLv3, TLS alert, Client hello (1): curl: (67) Access denied: 530 This is theoretically ok, as i forbid anonymous access. If I specify a user with -u username:pass it works, but it would without a certificate too. The client certificate seems to be ok, it looks like this: client-crt.pem -----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY----- content -----END RSA PRIVATE KEY----- -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- content -----END CERTIFICATE----- What am I missing? Thanks in advance. (The OS is Solaris 10 SPARC).

  • Windows7 - “The specified network password is not correct.” when the password is in fact correct.

    - by Win7 Home User
I have a samba server setup for some time now. It is a Hardware NAS - which unfortunately does not provide access to the Samba logs. (the exact model of the NAS is called Addonics NAS Adapter ) I also have a Windows Vista and a Windows XP machine - from both I am able to map \\192.168.0.20\Smd with no errors ( net use l: \\192.168.0.20\Smd works, after asking for my username and password). I also bought a brand new computer, with Windows 7, and when I try to execute the same exact net use command on it - using the exact same username/password pair, I get a "The specified network password is not correct." message. I also tried mapping from the Windows explorer menu, and got the same error. I synchronized the clocks of the two machines, tried again... and yet the same error persists. So what is really surprising here is that mapping works from WindowXP and Windows Vista machines, but fails from a Windows7 machine using the exact same command and username/password - Anyone has any idea of what could be causing this or how to solve the problem? Thanks

  • OpenLDAP mirror mode replication failing with TLS behind a load balancer

    - by Lynn Owens
I have two OpenLDAP servers that are both running TLS. They are: ldap1.mydomain.com ldap2.mydomain.com I also have a load balancer cluster with a dns name of it's own: ldap.mydomain.com The SSL certificate has a CN of ldap.mydomain.com, with SANs of ldap1.mydomain.com and ldap2.mydomain.com. Everything works... Except mirror mode replication. • VirtualBox Issue: virtualbox changed my Computer Name's ip address in Windows

    - by suud
I had installed virtualbox 4.2.2 in Windows 7. My Computer Name is: MY-PC My IP address (using ipconfig /all command) is: 192.168.1.101 My IP is dynamic and I set DNS to google dns (8.8.8.8) When I ping MY-PC, I got this result: Pinging MY-PC [192.168.56.1] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 192.168.56.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 Reply from 192.168.56.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 Reply from 192.168.56.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 Reply from 192.168.56.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 My virtualbox was not running and I expected the ip adress of MY-PC is 192.168.1.101, not 192.168.56.1 Then I run command: nbtstat -a MY-PC and I got this result: VirtualBox Host-Only Network: Node IpAddress: [192.168.56.1] Scope Id: [] NetBIOS Remote Machine Name Table Name Type Status --------------------------------------------- MY-PC <00> UNIQUE Registered WORKGROUP <00> GROUP Registered MY-PC <20> UNIQUE Registered MAC Address = 08-00-27-00-60-B3 Local Area Connection: Node IpAddress: [0.0.0.0] Scope Id: [] Host not found. I want to know how to change back my Computer Name's ip address to 192.168.1.101 (or any ip address that set by my internet connection)?

  • How to ask memcached auth connection by sasl and pam?

    - by user199216
I use memcached in a untrust network, so I try to use sasl and pam to auth connection to memcached. I installed sasl and pam module, compiled and installed memcached with sasl enabled. Also I created db and table for pam user. I run: $ sudo testsaslauthd -u tester -p abc123 -s /etc/pam.d/memcached 0: OK "Success." where the tester and abc123 is the authed user in db, which I inserted. But my python script cannot be authed, always authentication failed returned. It seems it dose not use pam to authentication, still use sasldb, because when I add user by: $ sudo saslpasswd2 -a memcached -c tester and input password: abc123, It can passed. Python script: client = bmemcached.Client(('localhost:11211'), 'tester', 'abc123') and error: bmemcached.exceptions.MemcachedException: Code: 32 Message: Auth failure. memcached log: authenticated() in cmd 0x21 is true mech: ``PLAIN'' with 14 bytes of data SASL (severity 2): Password verification failed sasl result code: -20 Unknown sasl response: -20 >30 Writing an error: Auth failure. >30 Writing bin response: no auth log found in: /var/log/auth.log Configurations: vi /etc/default/saslauthd MECHANISMS="pam" vi /etc/pam.d/memcached auth sufficient pam_mysql.so user=sasl passwd=abc123 host=localhost db=sasldb table=sasl_user usercolumn=user_name passwdcolumn=password crypt=0 sqllog=1 verbose=1 account required pam_mysql.so user=sasl passwd=abc123 host=localhost db=sasldb table=sasl_user usercolumn=user_name passwdcolumn=password crypt=0 sqllog=1 verbose=1 vi /etc/sasl2/memcached.conf pwcheck_method: saslauthd Do I make my question clear, english is not my native language, sorry! • BAT file will not run from Task Scheduler but will from Command Line

    - by wtaylor
I'm trying to run a BAT script from Task Scheduler in Windows 2008 R2 and it runs for 3 seconds and then stops. It says it successfully completes but I know it doesn't. I can run this script from the command line directly, and it runs just fine. The bat file I'm running actually deletes files older than 7 days using "forfiles" then I'm mapping a network drive, moving the files across the network using robocopy, and then closing the network connection. I have taken the network and copy options out of the file and it still does the same thing. Here is how my file looks: rem This will delete the files from BBLEARN_stats forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\DB_Backups\BBLEARN_stats" -m *.* -d -17 -c "cmd /c del @file" rem This will delete the files from BBLEARN_cms_doc forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\DB_Backups\BBLEARN_cms_doc" -m *.* -d -14 -c "cmd /c del @path" rem This will delete the files from BBLEARN_admin forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\DB_Backups\BBLEARN_admin" -m *.* -d -10 -c "cmd /c del @path" rem This will delete the files from BBLEARN_cms forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\DB_Backups\BBLEARN_cms" -m *.* -d -10 -c "cmd /c del @path" rem This will delete the files from attendance_bb forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\DB_Backups\attendance_bb" -m *.* -d -10 -c "cmd /c del @path" rem This will delete the files from BBLearn forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\DB_Backups\BBLEARN" -m *.* -d -18 -c "cmd /c del @path" rem This will delete the files from Logs forfiles -p "E:\BB_Maintenance_Data\logs" -m *.* -d -10 -c "cmd /c del @path" NET USE Z: \\10.20.102.225\coursebackups\BB_DB_Backups /user:cie oly2008 ROBOCOPY E:\BB_Maintenance_Data Z: /e /XO /FFT /PURGE /NP /LOG:BB_DB_Backups.txt openfiles /disconnect /id * NET USE Z: /delete /y This is happening on 2 servers when trying to run commands from inside a BAT file. • Active RDP session over VPN getting disconnected

    - by Wandering Penguin
I am having seemingly random disconnects of active RDP sessions (I am actively typing or otherwise interacting with the desktop) when connected over the VPN connection. The attempted to reconnect 1/20 pops up and proceeds all the way through 20 then drops. Once the session drops I can open a new session and connect again. This started happening about a week ago, The VPN connection is an IPSec VPN connection from a SonicWall NSA 2400. The NIC drivers are up to date. The VPN client is up to date. The firmware on the SonicWall is up to date (both regular and the early-release versions work the same). I have attempted to connect over three ISPs all with the same behavior. Two different workstations were used to test the VPN connection. The same behavior occurs when connecting to a domain workstation or server. If I am within the firewall I can connect to the same workstations and servers with the disconnect. The VPN connection has "enable fragmented packet handling" and "ignore DF (don't fragment) bit" set. Is there something I am missing in where I am looking for the problem?

  • squid ssl bump sslv3 enforce to allow old sites

    - by Shrey
Important: I have this question on stackoverflow but somebody told me this is more relevant place for this question. Thanks I have configured squid(3.4.2) as ssl bumped proxy. I am setting proxy in firefox(29) to use squid for https/http. Now it works for most sites, but some sites which support old SSL proto(sslv3) break, and I see squid not employing any workarounds for those like browsers do. Sites which should work: https://usc-excel.officeapps.live.com/ , https://www.mahaconnect.in As a workaround I have set sslproxy_version=3 , which enforces SSLv3 and above sites work. My question: is there a better way to do this which does not involve enforcing SSLv3 for servers supporting TLS1 or better. Now I know openssl doesn't automatically handle that. But I imagined squid would. My squid conf snipper: http_port 3128 ssl-bump generate-host-certificates=on dynamic_cert_mem_cache_size=4MB cert=/usr/local/squid/certs/SquidCA.pem always_direct allow all ssl_bump server-first all sslcrtd_program /usr/local/squid/libexec/ssl_crtd -s /usr/local/squid/var/lib/ssl_db -M 4MB client_persistent_connections on server_persistent_connections on sslproxy_version 3 sslproxy_options ALL cache_dir aufs /usr/local/squid/var/cache/squid 100 16 256 coredump_dir /usr/local/squid/var/cache/squid strip_query_terms off httpd_suppress_version_string on via off forwarded_for transparent vary_ignore_expire on refresh_pattern ^ftp: 1440 20% 10080 refresh_pattern ^gopher: 1440 0% 1440 refresh_pattern -i (/cgi-bin/|\?) 0 0% 0 refresh_pattern . 0 20% 4320 UPDATE: I have tried compiling squid 3.4.5 with openssl 1.0.1h . No improvements

  • Squid configuration for proxy server

    - by Ian Rob
    I have a server with 10 ip's that I want to give access to some friends via authentication but I'm stuck on squid's config file. Let's say I have these ip's available on my server: 212.77.23.10 212.77.1.10 68.44.82.112 And I want to allocate each one of them to a different user like so: 212.77.23.10 goes to user manilodisan using password 123456 212.77.1.10 goes to user manilodisan1 using password 123456 68.44.82.112 goes to user manilodisan2 using password 123456 I managed to add the passwords and authentication works ok but how do I do to restrict one user to one of the available ip's? I have a basic setup from different bits I found over the internet but nothing seems to work. Here's my squid.conf (all comments are removed to make it lighter): acl ip1 myip 212.77.23.10 acl ip2 myip 212.77.1.10 tcp_outgoing_address 212.77.23.10 ip1 tcp_outgoing_address 212.77.1.10 ip2 http_port 8888 visible_hostname weezie auth_param basic program /usr/lib/squid/ncsa_auth /etc/squid/squid-passwd acl ncsa_users proxy_auth REQUIRED http_access allow ncsa_users acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 acl manager proto cache_object acl localhost src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255 acl to_localhost dst 127.0.0.0/8 acl SSL_ports port 443 # https acl SSL_ports port 563 # snews acl SSL_ports port 873 # rsync acl Safe_ports port 80 # http acl Safe_ports port 21 # ftp acl Safe_ports port 443 # https acl Safe_ports port 70 # gopher acl Safe_ports port 210 # wais acl Safe_ports port 1025-65535 # unregistered ports acl Safe_ports port 280 # http-mgmt acl Safe_ports port 488 # gss-http acl Safe_ports port 591 # filemaker acl Safe_ports port 777 # multiling http acl Safe_ports port 631 # cups acl Safe_ports port 873 # rsync acl Safe_ports port 901 # SWAT acl purge method PURGE acl CONNECT method CONNECT http_access allow manager localhost http_access deny manager http_access allow purge localhost http_access deny purge http_access deny !Safe_ports http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports http_access allow localhost http_access deny all icp_access allow all hierarchy_stoplist cgi-bin ? access_log /var/log/squid/access.log squid acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \? cache deny QUERY refresh_pattern ^ftp: 1440 20% 10080 refresh_pattern ^gopher: 1440 0% 1440 refresh_pattern . 0 20% 4320 acl apache rep_header Server ^Apache broken_vary_encoding allow apache extension_methods REPORT MERGE MKACTIVITY CHECKOUT hosts_file /etc/hosts forwarded_for off coredump_dir /var/spool/squid
