    I'm trying to build a simple spring web application but I get the following error when I run it on Apache Tomcat 6.0 Class Not Found Exception org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet I'm using maven to handle libraries. At first I thought it was maven's fault but it adds spring and other libraries succesfully. I tried to import "org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet" in a source file and my project has the right package and classes. My development environment : Ubuntu 10.4 Eclipse IDE Tomcat 6.0 I'd appreciate any help

  • Can Perforce and SourceSafe co-exist in Visual Studio?

    Visual Studio 2008, to be more specific. We're testing out moving to Perforce for source control, so I'd like to install the P4SCC plugin to monkey around with. However, I'd also like to continue using SourceSafe's IDE capabilities for projects that haven't been moved over yet. Can the two co-exist peacefully, or is it one or the other for a specific install of VS?

    Hey guys, after using graphical IDE's like Visual Studio, I'm used to pressing CTRL+Space to auto-complete a variable or function name. Now, I know such a thing isn't completely possible in VI, but I heard there was a list of commands that could be mapped that allowed automatic completion of variables and functions in the current file opened.     I want to build a stream interface driver for testing purposes but I am completely lost. I don't know which IDE to use VS2008 or Platform Builder. Platform Builder is whopping 20GB to download :( Can anyone guide me on how i create the .dll file and include XXX_Open, XXX_Close, XXX_Write, XXX_Read in the dll file? But color scheme in new VS2010 is really ugly, so the first thing i'd like to do after install is to change its color palette. I learned my basics of PHP, years ago, from www.w3schools.com and Javascript from another similar site (since taken down) that had a series of tutorials that took you from nothing to something. Is there a similar site for Java? Is there a recommended IDE (Eclipse?) and site to learn?

  • PyLint "Unable to import" error - how to set PYTHONPATH?

    I'm running PyLint from inside Wing IDE on Windows. I have a sub-directory (package) in my project and inside the package I import a module from the top level, ie. __init__.py myapp.py one.py subdir\ __init__.py two.py Inside two.py I have import one and this works fine at runtime, because the top-level directory (from which myapp.py is run) is in the Python path. However, when I run PyLint on two.py it gives me an error: F0401: Unable to import 'one' How do I fix this?
