  For you rails programmers, what's the easiest way to keep your RDoc files up-to-date? I know I can run rake doc:app manually, but I really don't feel like adding a manual step to the check-in process, and since we're already using cruisecontrolrb to handle deployment and testing automation, it seems like there should be an easy way to regenerate these files on check-in. Is anyone already automating rake doc:app? And, if so, what are your suggestions?

While submitting, is it necessary to add the iPad logo. if yes how to do it. my application is a small utility application...and I have not programmed it keeping iPad GUI guidelines in mind for example it doesn't have the landscape layout. how is it normally...if I submit an app is it automatically considered for iPad as well.

  Hi there, I'm using CodeIgniter to develop a new web app, and I'd like to create a mobile version that users get redirect to when they visit it from their phones. The mobile version of the app should have a different flow, so swapping CSS/HTML files in the code is not an option for me since the mobile version and the web version will handle things differently in their Controllers and Views, while sharing the same Models.   I have a Mac Java app bundle that has problems opening an OpenGL window from a SWT dialog in a single process. It just doesn't work. To solve this problem I would like to open a SWT dialog in one instance of the Java app and then have it launch another instance of itself with a parameter saying "this time open the OpenGL window". The part I don't know how to do is finding out what "itself" is on a Mac. How can I do that?

  Hello, I need to open photo library from my iPhone app just like standard iPhone Camera application does. Is it possible? I don't want picking-style interface of UIImagePickerController - it has unnecessary controls like "Use" and "Cancel" buttons and does not have full photo library viewing functionality - zooming and sliding between photos etc. My goal is to navigate user to the photo library for viewing photos (with full functionality of viewing photos) and - when user has finished - return to my app - just like standard Camera application does when you preview last-taken photos.
