• Yahoo contacts check for duplicates tool not working

  I'm thinking of getting the Dell UltraSharp U2311H monitor which apparently comes with a DisplayPort. (I used the word "apparently" because I find DisplayPort support a little bit too good to be true, coming from Dell. But great news nonetheless if it's really true) I plan to connect it to a Mac Book Pro (2010) via a mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable. Has anyone tried this setup? Does it work? Thanks.

• Getting individuals keys replaced on netbook.

  Hi all, Just today during a freak accident, a book got tossed onto my Samsung N120 netbook while it was open and the 'G' and 'T' key flew off. Part of the plastic underneath broke off. I was wondering where I would be able to find suppliers for individual keys for my netbook. Also, would it be better to replace the entire keyboard? Thanks in advance.

  Hi, I have a task to research the possibilities of LDAP as a centralized Address Book. I have setup a openLDAP on debian 5.07. I managed to search the LDAP contacts from MS Outlook 2007 (with some drawbacks like Outlook cant recognize street and organization fields). My question is, is it possible ,& how, to sync data on LDAP server with applications that support LDAP? I could not find any data on this topic.

• Can I put iTunes in Windows 7 XP Mode and sync an iPhone from within it?

  I don't want iTunes on my laptop due to the stupidly bloated amount of system drivers and services it installs. Win7 offers XP mode which allows you to virtualise USB devices to the VM. Does anyone know if I could install iTunes into XP Mode and sync to an iPhone that way, preferably bringing in an Outlook address book from the host machine as well.

  I was told that after ntfsresize (ntfs resize), the fdisk command needs to be run... But how can it be run? What is the exact line? In a book Knoppix Hacks, it seems to suggest needing some parameter except it is not using any in its example. Does any one know how? Is the line: sudo fdisk /dev/hda all that's needed?   Normally when I read a book I use a bookmark held horizontally under the current line I'm reading to help me keep my eyes on the right spot. When I read a PDF or other document on my computer I would like to be able to do the same thing, only with a line on the screen controlled by the up and down arrow keys.
