  • Float: left not showing up after a certain point.

    http://test.jptgraphics.com/products?cat=APPAREL This works fine in Safari but shows incorrectly in the latest version of Firefox ( was fine in 3.5) and in some versions of IE. In the middle column the product thumbnails drop down below when the 'float: left;' parameter is used. It is as if it is being escaped by a tag from that point forward no 'float: left's work and all the items are centered moving forward.

  • Web pages show empty band across the top

    In Chrome, site http://www.helpinghandspeople.com has a 16px empty band (background colour shows) across the top of the page. It's not supposed to be there, but I can't figure out how to make it go away. In Firefox, the home page shows fine, but login and a few other pages show a 24px band. Viewing source and running inspect element are not helpful. Does anyone have a suggestion where to look? Thanks Gerry

What I want to do is be able to right click on a link (but not have to actually highlight it) and be able to click send and the links href value is grabbed and sent.   • Web-serving a file : Firefix truncates name

    I'm serving a file from Lighttpd whose name contains space-characters. I'm using mimetype "application/octet-stream" When I download this in Chrome, it works perfectly. But when I download in Firefox, the filename is truncated at the first space. Is this to do with the mimetype? With some other lightty config? Or maybe something to do with the kind of space-character I'm using?

There's a site, which is allowed to access the flv files located on my server, however I've noticed that there are many requests from other domains as well...
