The alert popup instead shows the number 10 regardless of which div element is clicked on. How can I modify this code to make it behave in the desired way?

  I made a script which gets the data from a json file and parse it. It worked on a webserver. But now I have to find a solution to get it work on a local file (file:///C:/xampp/htdocs/script/index.html) instead on a server.   What is the simplest way I can hide a sensitive identifier, while providing some equivalent means of identifying the data from outside? For example, lets say I have a database table with records and one of them is an sensitive ID field. ID 2A 1S etc... then I want to have a second record: ID PublicID 2A AXXX44328 1S KKKZJSAAS such that when I am given a PublicID I can always determine what ID it refers to: H(PublicID) = ID but nobody else is able to do so. I suspect this is like, encryption - with throwing away a public key?

• Java Swing UI Changing Method

  I would like to use Swing to program a simple learning game. I am wondering what would be best way to switch between UI screens. For example, I would have a screen for the Main Menu, and then when the user presses a button on that screen, I would swap out the whole screen for a completely different one. Then, arbitrary screens can be swapped in at any moment, and all of their event handlers would be reactivated while the inactive screen's event handlers will be deactivated. What type of Swing component/control would I use for each of the 'screens'. Is this even doable?

  Problem: I want to write a process that will allow a user to take photos with the device and for those photos to then be uploaded to some listener in the cloud. The user should not have to do anything to initiate the upload, a background listener would just watch the folder and as long as it finds files in it it would upload them and delete them. Two problems: 1) how to keep the program running in the background even after the user is no longer taking pictures (and if they reboot the device for it to wake up and finish the uploads, if any remain) 2) assuming the connection is spotty (as it always is) how to verify that a given image has completed its upload, and if not, to resubmit it. I don't need any code examples, I just would like opinions on the best strategy to get this implemented. I was going to use Apache commons and just do an upload to a PHP, but am not sure what sort of error checking exists to take into account a connection drop mid file. TIA.

I guess it gets optimized away - normally it should first make a copy for the return value, then call assignment operator once more to assign it to variable sc. When the staging server is down we send a specific response that I could detect in my integration tests. When I get this response instead of failing the tests I'm wondering if it is possible to skip/ignore that test even though it has started running. This would keep our test reports a bit cleaner.   Hi, I'm looking to create an extension for the leading browsers (firefox, safari and ie). Its rather simple, and I'm looking for the most efficient way to go about this. I need to get the hostname of the current site the user is on, and if it matches a certain parameter(eg, mysite.org), I'll need to append to the link some extra data and refresh to the new link. What is the simplest way to go about this? (I don't want to go in the direction of a bookmarklet - since this would require the user to click.   I have the following interface: public interface PluginInterface<T> where T : MyData { List<T> GetTableData(); } In a separate assembly, I have a class that implements this interface. In fact, all classes that implement this interface are in separate assemblies. The reason is to architect my app as a plugin host, where plugin can be done in the future as long as they implement the above interface and the assembly DLLs are copied to the appropriate folder.
