retrieve data from multiple tables referencing some tables in mysql

i have 10 tables have innoDB engine 1. one is state_table which attributes are state_id and state_name 2. another table city_table which attributes are city_id and city_name 3. one more table permit_table which attribute is p_id above city_id,state_id and permit_id is references to rest of 7 tables. each table having state_id, city_id and permit_id referencing above tables now i want to extract all tables data with their respective city name and state name ( each tables may have different city id and state id) i m using below mysql query( i know it's very length way.... ) . please tell me how to do it with optimized method? dynamically create class in scala, should I use interpreter?

Hi, I want to create a class at run-time in Scala. For now, just consider a simple case where I want to make the equivalent of a java bean with some attributes, I only know these attributes at run time. How can I create the scala class? I am willing to create from scala source file if there is a way to compile it and load it at run time, I may want to as I sometimes have some complex function I want to add to the class. How can I do it? I worry that the scala interpreter which I read about is sandboxing the interpreted code that it loads so that it won't be available to the general application hosting the interpreter? If this is the case, then I wouldn't be able to use the dynamically loaded scala class. Anyway, the question is, how can I dynamically create a scala class at run time and use it in my application, best case is to load it from a scala source file at run time, something like interpreterSource("file.scala") and its loaded into my current runtime, second best case is some creation by calling methods ie. createClass(...) to create it at runtime. g++ C++0x enum class Compiler Warnings

I've been refactoring my horrible mess of C++ type-safe psuedo-enums to the new C++0x type-safe enums because they're way more readable. Anyway, I use them in exported classes, so I explicitly mark them to be exported: enum class __attribute__((visibility("default"))) MyEnum : unsigned int { One = 1, Two = 2 }; Compiling this with g++ yields the following warning: type attributes ignored after type is already defined This seems very strange, since, as far as I know, that warning is meant to prevent actual mistakes like: class __attribute__((visibility("default"))) MyClass { }; class __attribute__((visibility("hidden"))) MyClass; Of course, I'm clearly not doing that, since I have only marked the visibility attributes at the definition of the enum class and I'm not re-defining or declaring it anywhere else (I can duplicate this error with a single file). Ultimately, I can't make this bit of code actually cause a problem, save for the fact that, if I change a value and re-compile the consumer without re-compiling the shared library, the consumer passes the new values and the shared library has no idea what to do with them (although I wouldn't expect that to work in the first place). Am I being way too pedantic? Can this be safely ignored? I suspect so, but at the same time, having this error prevents me from compiling with Werror, which makes me uncomfortable. I would really like to see this problem go away.

Java+DOM: How do I convert a DOM tree without namespaces to a namespace-aware DOM tree?

Hello, everyone! I receive a Document (DOM tree) from a certain API (not in JDK). Sadly, this Document is not namespace-aware. As far as I know DOM, once generated, namespace-awareness can't be "added" afterwards. When converting this Document using a Transformer to a string, the XML is correct. Elements have xmlns:... attributes and name prefixes. But from the DOM point of view, there are no namespaces and no prefixes. I need to be able to convert this Document into a new Document which is namespace-aware. Yes, I could do this by just converting it to a string and back to DOM with namespaces enabled. But: nodes of the original tree have user-objects set. Converting to string and back would make a mapping of these user-objects to the new Document very complicated, if not impossible. So I really need a way to convert non-namespace DOM to namespace DOM. Are there any more-or-less straightforward solutions for this? Worst case (what I'm hoping to avoid) would be to manually iterate through old Document tree and create new namespace-aware Node for each old Node. Doing so, one had to manually "parse" namespace prefixes, watch out for xmlns-attributes, and maintain a mapping between prefixes and namespace-URIs. Lots of things to go wrong.

Cookies not present after using XMLHttpRequest

I'm trying to make a bookmarklet to download videos off of YouTube, but I've come across a little problem. To detect the highest quality video available, I use a sort of brute force method, in which I make requests using the XMLHttpRequest object until a 404 isn't returned (I can't do it until a 200 ok is returned because YouTube redirects to a different server if the video is available, and the cross-domain policy won't allow me to access any of that data). Once a working URL is found, I simply set window.location to the URL and the download should start, right? Wrong. A request is made, but for reasons unknown to me, the cookies are stripped and YouTube returns a 403 access denied. This does not happen if the XML requests aren't made before it, i.e. if I just set the window.location to the URL everything works fine, it's when I do the XMLHttpRequest that the cookies aren't sent. However, simply doing this: document.location = /get_video?video_id=" + yt.getConfig('SWF_ARGS')['video_id'] + "&t=" + (unescape(yt.getConfig('SWF_ARGS')['t'])) DOES send the cookies along with the request, and does work. The only downside is I can't automatically detect the highest quality, I just have to try every "fmt" parameter manually until I get it right. So my question is: why is the XMLHttpRequest object removing cookies from subsequent requests? This is the first time I've ever done anything in JS by the way, so please, go easy on me. ;)

XSLT 1.0 help with recursion logic

Hello guys, I'm having troubles with the logic and would apprecite any help/tips. I have <Deposits> elements and <Receipts> elements. However there isn't any identification what receipt was paid toward what deposit. I am trying to update the <Deposits> elements with the following attributes: @DueAmont - the amount that is still due to pay @Status - whether it's paid, outstanding (partly paid) or due @ReceiptDate - the latest receipt's date that was paid towards this deposit Every deposit could be paid with one or more receipts. It also could happen, that 1 receipt could cover one or more deposits. For example. If there are 3 deposits: 500 100 450 That are paid with the following receipts: 200 100 250 I want to get the following info: Deposit 1 is fully paid (status=paid, dueAmount=0, receiptNum=3. Deposit 2 is partly paid (status=outstanding, dueAmount=50, receiptNum=3. Deposit 3 is not paid (status=due, dueAmount=450, receiptNum=NAN. I've added comments in the code explaining what I'm trying to do. I am staring at this code for the 3rd day now non stop - can't see what I'm doing wrong. JPA association table is not deletable

Hi I have a problem with JPA (EclipseLink). I am not able to delete a association table. This is the situation: Product 1:n to ProductResource Resource 1:n to ProductResource I first set the product and resource attributes of ProductResource. If I then try to delete the ProductResource object nothing happens (no sql is generated - no exception). If I comment out both OneToMany annotations in ProductResource I can delete the object. I can also delete the object when product and resource attributes are not set. If I comment out only the annotation above the ressource attribut the ProductResource object gets deleted upon the deletion of the product object (cascade=CascadeType.ALL). I hope someone could give me a hint. Thank you. ASP.NET Content Web Form - content from placeholder disappears

I'm attempting to set a class on the body tag in my asp.net site which uses a master page and content web forms. I simply want to be able to do this by adding a bodycssclass property (see below) to the content web form page directive. It works through the solution below but when i attempt to view Default.aspx the Content1 control loses its content. Any ideas why? Here is how I'm doing it. SimpleXML - "Node no longer exists"

Hi I'm trying to get the video data from this youtube playlist feed and add the interesting data to an array and use that later, but as you can see from the feed some videolinks are "dead" and that results in problems for my code. The error I get is "Node no longer exists" when I try to access $attrs['url']. I've tried for hours to find a way to check if the node exists before I access it but I have no luck. If anyone could help me to either parse the feed some other way with the same result or create a if-node-exists check that works I would be most happy. Hi All, I have developed a windows sidebar gadget which plays videos in a flash player, It works in vista home basic(32-bit OS) but doesn't work in vista home premium(64-bit OS). I use Flash Player 9 and Actionscript 3.0. TinyMCE Image Alignment

TinyMCE has always been a little difficult to align images. Either the align tag, or adding style="float: left;" has been it solution. Ideally I would just like to add class="left" or class="right" so that I can set the border and margins of the image. Up until now the only way to do this without using the advimage plugin was to insert the image, then select it, the select a style from the style menu. Ideally I should be able to use the align control in the image dialogue to set the alignment class or use the alignment controls on the toolbar when in the main editing window. I have just again started looking at a solution to this, now that IE6 is finally starting to die, I can use CSS attributes in selectors, so IMG[style="float: left;"] {} Works, but I would rather use a class incase there are any other style attributes which will cause the selector to fail. And it doesn't work in IE6, and you know some corporate clients will still be running the bloody thing! So I looked through the TinyMCE documentation and found the formats configuration option, that seems to allow you to specify how tinyMCE applies code for various operations. Here I can add the IMG tag as a selector, and have classes: "left" for the alignleft function. This applies the class correctly when the alignment is selected from the toolbar, but it still writes an inline style when the alignment is selected through the image dialogue. Am I doing something wrong or is there a better way of doing this that will allow my clients to select image alignment from both the image dialogue and the toolbar, whilst applying a class to the image?

C# using consts in static classes

I was plugging away on an open source project this past weekend when I ran into a bit of code that confused me to look up the usage in the C# specification. The code in questions is as follows: internal static class SomeStaticClass { private const int CommonlyUsedValue = 42; internal static string UseCommonlyUsedValue(...) { // some code value = CommonlyUsedValue + ...; return value.ToString(); } } I was caught off guard because this appears to be a non static field being used by a static function which some how compiled just fine in a static class! The specification states (§10.4): A constant-declaration may include a set of attributes (§17), a new modifier (§10.3.4), and a valid combination of the four access modifiers (§10.3.5). The attributes and modifiers apply to all of the members declared by the constant-declaration. Even though constants are considered static members, a constant-declaration neither requires nor allows a static modifier. It is an error for the same modifier to appear multiple times in a constant declaration. So now it makes a little more sense because constants are considered static members, but the rest of the sentence is a bit surprising to me. Why is it that a constant-declaration neither requires nor allows a static modifier? Admittedly I did not know the spec well enough for this to immediately make sense in the first place, but why was the decision made to not force constants to use the static modifier if they are considered constants? Looking at the last sentence in that paragraph, I cannot figure out if it is regarding the previous statement directly and there is some implicit static modifier on constants to begin with, or if it stands on its own as another rule for constants. Can anyone help me clear this up?

Accessing Item Fields via Sitecore Web Service

I am creating items on the fly via Sitecore Web Service. So far I can create the items from this function: AddFromTemplate And I also tried this link: http://blog.hansmelis.be/2012/05/29/sitecore-web-service-pitfalls/ But I am finding it hard to access the fields. I thought that GetItemFields will give me some value, but finding it hard to get it. Any clue?

So I have something like this: <form:select path="country"> <form:option value="">-Select one-</form:option> <form:options items="${countries}" itemLabel="name" itemValue="id"/> </form:select> In my controller I get the autopopulated object with the user information and I want to have country set to null when the "-Select one-" option has been selected. So I have set a initBinder with a custom editor like this: @InitBinder protected void initBinder(WebDataBinder binder) throws ServletException { binder.registerCustomEditor(Country.class, "country", new CustomCountryEditor()); } and my editor do something like this: public class CustomCountryEditor(){ @Override public String getAsText() { //I return the Id of the country } @Override public void setAsText(String str) { //I search in the database for a country with id = new Integer(str) //and set country to that value //or I set country to null in case str == null } } When I submit the form it works because when I have country set to null when I have selected "-Select one-" option or the instance of the country selected. The problem is that when I load the form I have a method like the following one to load the user information. @ModelAttribute("user") public User getUser(){ //loads user from database } The object I get from getUser() has country set to a specific country (not a null value), but in the combobox is not selected any option. I've debugged the application and the CustomCountryEditor works good when setting and getting the text, thoughgetAsText method is called for every item in the list "countries" not only for the "country" field. Any idea? Is there a better way to set null the country object when I select no country option in the combobox? Thanks

What is the PIXELFORMATDESCRIPTOR parameter in SetPixelFormat() used for?

Usually when setting up OpenGL contexts, I've simply filled out a PIXELFORMATDESCRIPTOR structure with the necessary information and called ChoosePixelFormat(), followed by a call to SetPixelFormat() with the returned matching pixelformat from ChoosePixelFormat(). Then I've simply passed the initial descriptor without giving much thought of why. But now I use wglChoosePixelFormatARB() instead if ChoosePixelFormat() because I need some extended traits like sRGB and multisampling. It takes an attribute list of integers, just like XLib/GLX on Linux, not a PIXELFORMATDESCRIPTOR structure. So, do I really have to fill in a descriptor for SetPixelFormat() to use? What does SetPixelFormat() use the descriptor for when it already has the pixelformat descriptor index? Why do I have to specify the same pixelformat attributes in two different places? And which one takes precedence; the attribute list to wglChoosePixelFormatARB(), or the PIXELFORMATDESCRIPTOR attributes passed to SetPixelFormat()? Reset.css and then a Set.css

I have, for a while now been using a reset.css file to reset everything before I start laying out my html designs. The reset is great in that it allows one to better control attributes such as margins, padding, line-height etc for all browsers. In essence the flatliner of css files. Now to get the heart beating again, I need a "set.css" file. So what I have done is created an Html file with all the possible elements on the page to then go and set the padding, margins etc of the h1, h2, p, td etc. I need some help with this as I am not sure what the defaults normally are. I had a look at the Firefox default css file that's used to generate all these attributes on a raw html file but it doesn't cover all the scenarios I could come up with when developing a site. Here's an example of the set.html file (a work in progress) which can be used as a lorem ipsum filler to add to your first page in a cms and then to style with a "set.css" file http://www.sixfoot.co.za/labs/Html-Css/set.html I'd appreciate it if someone knows if something like a set.css file exists or if someone could tell me what the general padding and margins are in cases like this when you have reset the css. Flash video player doesn't play after rewriting a url

Hi! I recently started a new job working on a content management system. One of the jobs was to implement url rewriting, which i've done, but for some reason the URL rewriting has killed the ability to play flv files through FLVPlayer_Progressive. An example can be seen below: Working if you then follow the link on the menu and go to Campaigns It's a Living Thing you can see how it's not working when the url is being re-written. video streaming infrastructure

We would like to set-up a live video-chat web site and are looking for basic architectural advice and/or a recomendation for a particular framework to use. Here are the basic features of the site: Most streams will be broadcast live from a single person with a web cam, etc., and viewed by typically 1-10 people, although there could be up to 100+ viewers on the high side. Audio and video do not have to be super-high quality, but do need to be "good enough". The main point is to convey the basic info in the video (and audio). If occasionally the frame-rate drops low and then goes back to normal fairly soon, we could live with that. Budget is an issue, so we are in general looking for a lower cost solution that will give us most of what we need in temers of performance and quality. We are looking at Peer1 for co-lo. The rest of our web site will be .Net / Windows platform. We are open to looking at any platform for the best streaming solution, although our technical expertise is currently more on the Windows side.

How to get interpolated message in NHibernate.Validator

I'm trying to integrate NHibernate.Validator with ASP.NET MVC client side validations, and the only problem I found is that I simply can't convert the non-interpolated message to a human-readable one. I thought this would be an easy task, but turned out to be the hardest part of the client-side validation. The main problem is that because it's not server-side, I actually only need the validation attributes that are being used, and I don't actually have an instance or anything else at hand. Here are some excerpts from what I've been already trying: // Get the the default Message Interpolator from the Engine IMessageInterpolator interp = _engine.Interpolator; if (interp == null) { // It is null?? Is it possible to write an XML Schema that describes an XML document that lists a set of elements and then requires other elements on that same XML document to use those values as either attributes and/or sub-elements? Mouse bugginess - SWFObject, Firefox 3 for Mac, and Flash

I'm pulling my hair out over a problem I'm encountering on Firefox 3.5 & 3.6 on OS X. I'm using SWFobject to embed an AmMap of the US, which has rollover tooltips for various states. The rollovers are working fine in every other browser I've tested, but they're very buggy on FF for Mac--most of the time they don't show up at all, but if I persistently click a state that's supposed to have a hover event, I might catch a glimpse of the tooltip. Here's the code for the SWFObject embed (incidentally, this isn't being done in the document head due to templating reasons). The reason that the SWFObject initialization is wrapped in Jquery's document.ready handler is that the swf wasn't even appearing in FF 3.5.9 for mac until I added that in: $(document).ready(function() { var params = { quality: "high", scale: "noscale", allowscriptaccess: "always", allowfullscreen: "true", bgcolor: "#FFFFFF", base:"/<?php print LANG . TCL TDom: Looping through Objects

Using TDom, I would like to cycle through a list of objects in the following format: <object> <type>Hardware</type> <name>System Name</name> <description>Basic Description of System.</description> <attributes> <vendor>Dell</vendor> <contract>MM/DD/YY</contract> <supportExpiration>MM/DD/YY</supportExpiration> <location>Building 123</location> <serial>xxx-xxx-xxxx</serial> <mac>some-mac-address</mac> </attributes> </object> <object> <type>Software</type> <name>Second Object</name> ... Then I use TDom to make a list of objects: set dom [dom parse $xml] set doc [$dom documentElement] set nodeList [$doc selectNodes /systems/object] So far I've done this to (theoretically) select every "Object" node from the list. How can I loop through them? Is it just: foreach node $nodeList { For each object, I need to retrieve the association of each attribute. From the example, I need to remember that the "name" is "System Name", "vendor" is "Dell", etc. I'm new to TCL but in other languages I would use an object or an associative list to store these. Is this possible? Can you show me an example of the syntax to select an attribute in this manner?

I am looking for a way to programmatically set the OnClick event handler for a TableCell object. The ASP equivalent of what I'm trying to do will look like this: <asp:TableCell OnClick="clickHandler" runat="server">Click Me!</asp:TableCell> In the above example, "clickHandler" is a server-side function defined in the .cs CodeBehind. public virtual void clickHandler(object sender, EventArgs args) {...} However, for my situation, this TableCell object needs to be created dynamically, so setting it in an ASP tag is not an option. I am trying to do something like the following in the CodeBehind: System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableRow row = new System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableRow(); System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableCell cell = new System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableCell(); cell.Text = "Click Me!"; cell.Attributes.Add("onClick", "clickHandler"); row.Cells.Add(cell); Unfortunately, in this situation: cell.Attributes.Add("onClick", "clickHandler"); the "clickHandler" only works as a client-side javascript function. What I'm looking for is a way to link the server-side clickHandler() function, defined in the .cs CodeBehind, to this table cell.
