• JSP/Servlet CRUD form with special input field based on join table relationship

  There's database with a bunch of tables that are joined with join tables. E.g. Members and Division are joined with MembersDivisions table. JSP/Servlet login functionality has been developed, but now the CRUD functionality needs to be implemented and I was unable to find any tutorials about it, especially involving the join table(when creating new division you can add members to it, or add more to the existing one). Maybe someone could, theoretically, explain how to do the Division part of the CRUD web form?

Problem: Store files/documents Options: either store locally on the server filesystem, database or etc. Can someone help with a skeleton structure of the class, and how I would call it? I am not using an IoC, and don't really want to just yet. I just want the flexibility where I would make maybe 1 code change in the factory to call another implementation.

• Is there a good library/way to split a big task in as3/flex?

  As flashplayer has only one thread and is event driven, big tasks have to be divided to smaller tasks so that the application stays responsive. For now I've done this with the Timer by doing a small part of work in every TIMER event. Is there a better way of doing this (some library maybe)? What is your recommendation?

  Hey all, I'm having a little performance problem with the gwt (incubator) ScrollTable. It's rendering really slow. Not even when I'm loading a lot of data - it happens already with a few rows. Or is it possible that the deserializing of the data takes so long? I'm using GWT 2.0 and IE. Maybe someone has the same problem or a solution for it. Thx and Happy Easter!

How can I turn a program using my formal grammar into a tree of nodes (made using C++ classes), that afterwards I could visit using my visitor? Maybe you could give me some link with an example of this? What i need to put into flex/bison files?

• Regex - find only replace occurences not touching some of them

  Not very good at regex though and maybe that's a stupid question, I'm given string like "bla @a bla @a1 bla " I'm also pairs like {"a", "a2"} , {"a1", "a13"}, and am to replace @a to @a2 for first pair, and @a1 to @a13 for second one. The problem is when i use string.replace and look for @a , it also replaces @a1 but it should not. Help me with regex replace, please. Cheers

Right now I'm using a hidden div and jQuery's load function to load fragments of the external site, once the info is loaded I parse some info with selectors. This is fine but it's kinda dirty and I need to perform this several times (don't want to need many hidden divs).   Hi, in Java I think it is possible to cruise through jar files like they were not compressed. Is there some similar (and portable) thing in C/C++ ? I would like to import binary data into memory from a large (zipped or similar) file without decompressing to disk first and afterwards writing to disk in a compressed way. Maybe some trick with shell pipes and the zip utility?

  A lot of people like git (in particular this guy) against other SCMs such as SVN, but many projects, even new ones, are set up using alternative SCMs. Furthermore, Google Code still does not support it (although many of their large open source projects use it). It would be nice if it was possible to provide the trimmed semantics of source along with the code in to a neural network so it could learn the connection between the two.
