  • Using Google and Yahoo OpenID service in Grails ACEGI

    I am using acegi-0.5.2 and was able to make myOpenID account work (had to add http://.myopenid.com/ in the database). Now, I'm wondering how to make the Google and Yahoo openid URL work. I'm using these URLs: https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id http://yahoo.com/ Any help on how to make them work? Do i need to install this plugin? Thanks in advance.

  • SVN client on windows without administrator rights

    I am trying to install an svn client on a friend's work windows laptop without much success. It seems that everyone is using TortoiseSVN nowadays, which unfortunately doesn't install without administrator access. Is there any way around it or another client I can try? I don't need anything fancy - just basic http/https, but a GUI is very much preferred over a command line client. Thanks!

  • SVN - Permission Denied

    I have set up a Linux Server and installed Apache and SVN and dav_svn on it. Now, when I try to upload to https://x.x.x.x:x/svn/repo with Tortoise SVN I get Can't open file '/server/svn/repo/db/txn-current-lock': Permission denied I have Set up my SSL correctly (I can checkout, no problems, even remotely due to Port Forwarding). I'm guessing this has to do with the Linux Ownership of the Repository folders, How must I set this/ what are the commands? I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 Server + Apache2.

    I'm having trouble parsing an XML response from a web service. I have a feeling this is due to a namespace issue. But, after 4 hours of research, trial-and-error, and head-banging I haven't been able to resolve it. Please help. My goal is to get a dbms_xmldom.DOMNodeList that contains "ERRORS" nodes.     The java library I need (jpcap) only works on java 6, it won't work with java 7 (and I have tried :( ), is it still possible to install java 6 on ubuntu? Only according to https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Java#Choosing_the_default_Java_to_use, 'Oracle (Sun) Java 6 is no longer available to be distributed by Ubuntu, because of license issues' I've tried to use the instructions on the same site but they don't seem to work... "./jre-6u34-linux-i586.bin" doesn't seem to do anything! Thanks!

While reading the docs on deploying the app to the app store, I came across some drivel regarding having to go through a 30 - 60 day government vetting process just to ship an app that simply connects to an HTTPS server.   • problems adding an App Engine app to a Google Apps domains

    We have been adding domains to our app without any issues for past couple months, following these instructions https://developers.google.com/appengine/articles/domains Since yesterday we have not been able to, when clicking Activate this service we get this error message "An error occurred while trying to install this application. Please try again later." We have tried this also with older domains and with different apps and getting the same error, so the problem seems to be more widespread, not isolated to particular domains / apps.
